• Preparing the land for planting, sowing seeds, transplanting seedlings when needed 

• Monitor Crop growth and manage irrigation systems when required 

• Ensure that plants receive propre care and maintenance throughout the growing  season 

• Operate machinery or hand tools to gather crops such as fruits and vegetables when  instructed to do so

 • Operate and maintain various types of farm machinery and equipment including  routine inspections and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed

 • Co-operate and co-ordinating with other workers to accomplish tasks efficiently.  

• Communicate with supervisor or farm owners regarding progress, issues or changes in  farming activities
